EU reaches hybrid settlement after “sterling lads” forex cartel probe
The European Commission has agreed a hybrid settlement with Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC and Credit Suisse, fining the banks a total of €344 million after traders at the banks unlawfully colluded to share information about foreign-exchange deals.
