Permanent TSB shareholders fail in appeal over €2.7 billion Irish rescue
Permanent TSB and its holding company have won a court fight to be accepted as notice parties to a decade-old attempt by a group of the bank’s shareholders to challenge the constitutionality of its multi-billion-euro rescue by the country’s government, following a ruling from the Irish Court of Appeal.
