Singaporean regulator hits DBS with heavier capital requirements after outages

Singapore’s banking regulator has ordered DBS Bank, the country’s largest lender, to set aside an extra S$930 million (US$695 million) in regulatory capital indefinitely, following its worst digital service outage in over a decade.
