Andrea Savigliano

Andrea Savigliano has been an associate at BonelliErede since 2007. He practises banking, financial and insurance law, focusing primarily on M&A transactions of supervised entities, investigations before the regulators, corporate governance and compliance programmes. He is regularly involved in transparency, anti-money laundering and insolvency matters, as well as the establishment of new banks and intermediaries and Italian branches of foreign regulated entities.

Mr Savigliano graduated magna cum laude from the University of Genoa in 2006 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009. In 2011, he served as visiting foreign associate at Slaughter and May's financial regulation group in London.
