Anne Fontaine is a partner in the regulatory financial law team at NautaDutilh. She focuses on clearing and settlement systems, the regulatory aspects of banking and financial services, and M&A deals involving financial institutions. She has been involved in drafting various pieces of financial legislation, and regularly advises Belgian and foreign credit institutions and other financial institutions in both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Ms Fontaine received her law degree magna cum laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain in 1990. She obtained a postgraduate degree in international law from the University of Leiden in 1991 and joined NautaDutilh as a partner in January 2003.
