Jocelyn Poon is an associate at Slaughter and May. She has substantial experience in banking and finance (including corporate and investment grade lending, acquisiton finance, project finance and debt capital markets), financial regulation and general corporate advisory work. She is recognised as a Rising Star by IFLR1000 Asia-Pacific for banking in Hong Kong. Ms Poon read law at the University of Oxford and is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong.
