José Millán

José Millán joined KPMG in 2015. He is currently the senior manager of the financial services regulatory department of KPMG Abogados Spain. Holding an LLM in international finance law from the WCL (Washington DC, US), as well as an LLB in law (Madrid, Spain), he has been practising regulatory law for more than 10 years, providing legal and regulatory advice to a wide range of financial entities, particularly focusing his career in the banking sector. José has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2011.
