Ledina Gocaj is a counsel in Davis Polk's financial institutions group, where she provides strategic bank and financial regulatory advice to financial institutions and fintechs. Her practice focuses on counseling clients through government investigations and enforcement actions, board and executive effectiveness matters, large-scale remediation efforts, congressional hearings and issues related to digital assets.

Ms Gocaj received her AB, cum laude, from Princeton University and her JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School.
