Pascale Bibi

Pascale Bibi is an associate at Cleary Gottlieb based in the New York office. Her practice focuses on litigation, including complex civil litigation.

She has represented corporations, directors and financial institutions in securities, shareholder derivative, bankruptcy, M&A, and general commercial litigation, including in state and federal courts. Ms Bibi has written for numerous publications, including Corporate Disputes Magazine and The Law Reviews.

Ms Bibi joined the firm in 2013. From 2013 to 2014, she was resident in the Washington office. She received her JD from New York University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from Yale University. Ms Bibi is a member of the Bar of New York.
