Shardul Thacker advises lenders on financial products: asset, trade, structured and acquisition finance, debt restructuring and securitisation, and has handled over 450 finance transactions in the past 20 years.

Shardul is ranked third in Lloyd's List of Top 10 Lawyers, which states that he is 'highly regarded for his work in the LNG gas sector, particularly for interesting and highly geared finance deals in relation to infrastructure projects, energy, ports and ships' and has been ranked by Chambers and WWL: In Banking for several years.
