Tolek Petch is a senior associate at Slaughter and May in London. He qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1995. From 1996 to 1999, he taught competition law at Oxford University, and from 1997 to 1999 was a tutor at Wadham College, Oxford. In 1999, he returned to private practice and now advises on financial regulation, banking law, insolvency law, private international law and public international law. He has published in the fields of financial law, regulation, competition law and private international law, and is the author of Legal Implications of the Euro Zone Crisis (Wolters Kluwer, 2014).
