Vineetha MG is one of the founding partners of Samvad: Partners and heads the Mumbai office.

She has extensive experience in advising clients on banking and financing transactions, private equity investments and cross-border and domestic M&A. She also regularly advises clients on issues arising out of corporate governance and domestic anti-corruption laws as well as foreign anti-corruption laws in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions. Vineetha is recommended and ranked in Chambers and Partners as a leading individual in banking and financing. She has recently been inducted into The Legal 500 Hall of Fame, having been recommended as a leading individual within banking and finance for the past 12 years.
